Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and seasoned Senior Executive specialized in Events and MICE Operations based in Mumbai. The role involves comprehensive management of domestic and international corporate events including conferences, meetings, exhibitions, and incentive travels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end logistics for domestic and international corporate and MICE events.
- Manage all logistical components including venue booking, travel arrangements, lodging, transport, registrations, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure seamless event production and impeccable onsite delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure timely and budget-compliant event execution.
- Develop event plans, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously maintaining operational excellence and superior stakeholder engagement.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Events and MICE industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of event logistics and production management.
- Demonstrated capability managing both domestic and international events.
- Excellence in project management, vendor relations, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
