About the Role

Inbox Monster seeks a talented and innovative Senior Designer to join its dynamic Marketing team based in Atlanta, GA. This hybrid position requires 1-2 days weekly presence at the Buckhead office to facilitate collaboration, creative brainstorming, and team bonding opportunities such as shared lunches.

Responsibilities

• Develop visually compelling, brand-consistent creative assets across various platforms including website, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, presentations, and print media.
• Serve as a guardian of the Inbox Monster brand, ensuring design coherence while continuously advancing the creative direction.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and Content Lead to conceive standout campaigns optimized for engagement in competitive digital environments.
• Contribute strategic ideas alongside design execution, actively participating in creative ideation sessions.
• Adapt within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment with agility and openness.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency at an expert level in Figma, the team’s primary design tool.
• Familiarity with Webflow to build and update web pages and related experiences.
• Strong capabilities in Adobe Illustrator for creating illustrations and print-ready materials.
• An enthusiasm for exploring AI-driven creative processes, especially utilizing tools like Claude to enhance and maintain design systems.
• A passion for compelling visual storytelling, thoughtful typography (with a focus on a proprietary font), and clean, contemporary design styles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality final products.

Preferred Additional Experience

• Background in designing for SaaS or technology sectors.
• Knowledge or strong interest in email marketing.
• Skills in motion design, illustration, or basic front-end development that enrich design proposals.
