Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Engineer / Assistant Manager to lead the design, development, validation, and production support of precision aerospace components and bearing systems. This role demands close collaboration with manufacturing teams and adherence to stringent aerospace quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development processes for aerospace precision components and bearing systems.
• Manage validation activities ensuring product reliability and compliance.
• Support manufacturing teams throughout production phases.
• Conduct comprehensive Request for Quotation (RFQ) analyses to assess project feasibility and cost.
• Develop manufacturing processes tailored to aerospace industry requirements.
• Coordinate all manufacturing operations ensuring process efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Maintain strict compliance with aerospace and defense manufacturing standards throughout all stages.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Proficiency in MESYS software for engineering simulations and design.
• Extensive knowledge of aerospace materials including alloy steels and bearing steels.
• Experience with precision manufacturing processes aligned with aerospace demands.
• Competency in 3D design tools such as AutoCAD 3D and SolidWorks.
• Familiarity with aerospace and defense quality standards and manufacturing protocols.
