Job Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Design Engineer, you will join a cross-functional team to apply innovative engineering expertise in creating tailored solutions. Your role covers the design and fabrication of novel products, taking responsibility from conceptualization through to final production. You will collaborate closely with customers and suppliers to engineer high-quality results for diverse challenges.
- Create mechanical models and detailed drawings using 3D CAD software.
- Design bespoke machinery solutions by engaging directly with clients to understand their requirements.
- Manage project execution coordination with technical staff.
- Produce prototypes aligned with marketing team specifications.
- Conduct thorough testing of engineering prototypes to validate design concepts.
- Assess system viability through comprehensive feasibility studies and test approaches.
- Ensure manufactured components and assemblies comply with industry norms.
- Maintain organized engineering documentation and records.
- Document processes related to fabrication, assembly, and installation.
Mandatory Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in design and manufacturing.
- Minimum 10 years of expertise in CAD modeling and creating engineering drawings.
- Proficiency with SolidWorks CAD software is essential.
- Hands-on experience in machine or equipment manufacturing.
- Prior involvement with pneumatic or hydraulic material handling systems is advantageous.
- Experience in designing ultrasonic cleaning machines or industrial machinery is required.
Job Location
This position is based at Ralsonics Research Pvt. Ltd., Plot 5, K. T. Industrial Estate No.2, behind Waghmare Hospital, Chinchpada, Waliv, Vasai East, Vasai, Palghar-401208, Maharashtra, India.
Compensation
The salary range offered is INR 50,000 to 80,000 per month.
