• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews to extract and refine business needs.
• Strong technical proficiency regarding enterprise data models, lineage, and architecture.
• Quick ability to grasp business processes and map data flows accurately from source to target.
• Excellent documentation capabilities including data mappings, lineage tracking, requirements (functional and non-functional), business rules, and transformation logic.
• Advanced skills in SQL for creating sample queries and validating data to aid development.
• Experience collaborating with developers and testers to clarify requirements and ensure data accuracy.
• Effective stakeholder management with confidence in engaging senior business and technical teams.
