About the Role
We are recruiting for a Senior Agency Manager to join a leading private life insurance company. This role presents a full-time, on-roll opportunity to manage and grow an agency sales team with a focus on life insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new insurance advisers to expand the agency network.
- Drive business growth by generating sales through the team of advisers.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Motivate and provide ongoing training and support to advisers.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or marketing roles.
- Educational qualification: graduate degree at minimum.
- Age range between 23 and 45 years.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation will include a salary revision over the previous CTC along with performance-based incentives. This is an on-roll position with no fees or charges required from the candidate.
