Senior Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for an organized and proactive Senior Administrator to provide comprehensive support across administrative, operational, and financial tasks in Dublin 4. This contract position, lasting up to two years, demands a candidate with exceptional attention to detail, strong independent work capabilities, and advanced technical proficiency, particularly in MS Excel. Experience in finance administration is considerably beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain financial and operational data using advanced MS Excel techniques, including tracking metrics, data entry, and report generation.
• Support IT and systems operations by effectively using various internal IT platforms, databases, and digital tools to ensure seamless daily procedures.
• Coordinate and assist with social media activities such as monitoring, content updates, and audience engagement on digital channels.
• Oversee office communications, prepare necessary documentation, and create presentations to support operational tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior or team administrator role, ideally with a background in finance administration.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• High IT literacy and quick adaptability to new software applications.
• Experience managing or assisting with social media platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail ensuring accuracy in data management and documentation.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and offer proactive solutions without close supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration internally and with external partners.
