Security Supervisor

Role Summary

The Security Supervisor position is a full-time, on-site role located in Jeddah, responsible for managing the daily security functions of the facility. This role involves supervising security staff, overseeing access control management, and safeguarding company assets, premises, and personnel. The supervisor will perform routine security inspections, evaluate incident reports, liaise with internal departments as well as external agencies when necessary, and ensure strict adherence to company security policies and local regulations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of security personnel, including scheduling shifts and monitoring performance.
• Monitor and control access to the premises to ensure authorized entry only.
• Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to detect and prevent potential security breaches.
• Review and analyze security incident reports, escalating and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate security operations closely with other departments and external agencies.
• Provide training and guidance to security staff to maintain high standards of service and safety.
• Contribute to refining security procedures and improving emergency response strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven leadership capabilities with experience supervising teams and managing schedules.
• Sound knowledge of physical security operations including surveillance, access control systems, patrol protocols, and incident management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with employees, visitors, and external partners.
• Experience in operations and procedures management, record keeping, and cross-departmental coordination.
• Prior experience in security or facilities management, especially in industrial or logistics sectors, is favored.
• Familiarity with relevant local safety standards, security regulations, and best practices.
• Willingness to work on-site in Jeddah with flexible timing and shift patterns as needed.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is between 5000 and 6000 Saudi Riyal per month.
