Role Overview

The Cannabis Security Officer is tasked with maintaining the safety and security of a cannabis facility. Responsibilities include closely monitoring the premises, promptly identifying and reporting suspicious behavior, and ensuring a safe environment for both staff and customers. This position reports directly to the Director of Security.

Primary Duties

• Carry out security functions within a cannabis dispensary setting.
• Detect and promptly communicate any suspicious activities, security incidents, or emergencies with precision.
• Prepare detailed, clear, and readable incident documentation.

Minimum Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills essential.
