Position Overview

We are searching for a driven and detail-focused professional to fill a combined Scrum Master and Business Analyst role. This position demands a passion for Agile frameworks, competence in managing agile ceremonies, and skill in converting complex business needs into precise requirements. The candidate will play a crucial role in promoting efficiency, productivity, and value generation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Identify obstacles and work to eliminate them, enabling the team to self-organize and achieve optimal performance.
• Encourage a cooperative team culture marked by openness, continual improvement, and accountability.
• Monitor and share metrics related to team effectiveness and Agile maturity levels.
• Advocate Agile best practices and cultivate a mindset of ongoing enhancement.
• Observe and back sprint velocity and commitments.
• Partner with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance standards, and clear tasks.
• Conduct gap analysis and workflow evaluations to boost operational productivity.
• Provide continuous analytical support during the product lifecycle to ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or comparable Agile certification is preferred.
• A minimum of three years of experience working within Agile settings as a Scrum Master or Business Analyst.
• Proficient with Agile project management tools, especially Jira and Azure DevOps, with a strong focus on Jira expertise.
• Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
