Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine formulations to ensure stability, viability, and optimal performance in the field
- Translate laboratory findings into market-ready, scalable solutions
- Establish assays and conduct experimental work to facilitate rapid, data-guided decisions
- Work collaboratively with research and development, manufacturing, and product divisions
Candidate Profile
- Holder of a PhD with more than two years' experience in formulation, biotechnology, or product advancement
- Familiarity with live biological systems is essential
- A proactive problem solver who performs well in dynamic, fast-paced settings
- Comfortable managing projects independently from inception to completion
