Job Overview
We seek an experienced Salesloft Consultant based in Hyderabad who can immediately join and drive implementation projects. Ideal candidates should have between 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience in deploying Salesloft, integrating it with Salesforce CRM, and supporting B2B lead nurturing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Salesloft platform setup, administration, and user management to ensure efficient governance and data workflow integration.
- Apply deep expertise in CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, to map data fields, enforce logical structures, and sustain lead and contact data quality across systems.
- Utilize REST APIs to programmatically exchange data between Salesloft and external systems to enhance automation and data accuracy.
- Build robust ETL and data pipelines using programming languages like Python or Java to manage large-scale data extraction and populate enterprise data warehouses effectively.
- Design and implement cadence strategies that convert sales playbooks into automated outreach sequences tailored to distinct customer profiles.
- Exhibit Revenue Operations knowledge to establish key performance metrics, analyze Salesloft analytics, identify revenue leakage, and monitor customer engagement.
- Automate sales plays by leveraging Salesloft tools such as Rhythm and Conductor AI to initiate priority actions triggered by real-time buyer behavior insights.
Candidate Requirements
- 6 to 9 years of relevant professional experience focusing on Salesloft implementation and Salesforce integration.
- Strong technical skills including Salesloft platform administration, CRM data structure mapping, and experience with REST APIs.
- Proficiency in programming (Python or Java) for ETL processes and data pipeline development.
- Ability to translate business sales strategies into automated workflows and sales plays.
- Understanding of revenue operations metrics and analytics interpretation.
Additional Details
Open to any graduate candidates ready for immediate joining at Hyderabad, India. Salary range offered is between 800000 to 1500000 INR annually.
