Role Overview

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will support both national and international sales activities, ensuring smooth sales processes. You will work closely with sales, production, logistics, and international partners, contributing significantly to our project successes within the global sports arena.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes, delivery confirmations, and cost calculations.
• Proactively follow up on offers until closure.
• Assist the domestic and international sales teams.
• Communicate with international agents and sales partners.
• Coordinate between sales, production, and logistics departments.
• Organize appointments, presentations, and events.
• Maintain and enhance customer data in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience in inside sales is advantageous.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, for daily international interactions.
• Additional foreign language skills are beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience preferred.
• Structured, independent, and solution-focused working style.
• Strong team spirit and enjoyment working in an international setting.
