Overview
Join Saudi Scrubs as a Sales Specialist to spearhead our wholesale growth initiatives within the healthcare sector. This role focuses on expanding our footprint by cultivating relationships with hospitals, clinics, and medical centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth in wholesale sales by sourcing and engaging new business leads.
- Handle end-to-end sales processes, including initial outreach, product presentations, contract discussions, and deal closures.
- Develop and maintain enduring partnerships with healthcare institutions.
- Consistently meet monthly and yearly sales goals using strategic planning.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and analyze competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- Work schedule includes six days per week.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least two years of B2B sales experience, ideally within medical apparel, uniforms, or healthcare product markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
