Role Summary

We are looking for a Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This role involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional sales talent to energize Gong's growth. You will collaborate with hiring managers and the go-to-market (GTM) team to design effective recruitment strategies, handle the complete hiring lifecycle, and ensure an excellent experience for candidates. Your contributions directly affect the success of our sales departments by securing talent aligned with Gong’s innovative culture and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for GTM roles including sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and negotiating offers.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies and execution.
• Design and execute sourcing plans to attract diverse, high-quality sales candidates.
• Handle multiple job requisitions concurrently while preserving a positive candidate experience.
• Apply data analytics, market trends, and recruitment best practices to enhance hiring processes.
• Act as a professional and enthusiastic ambassador for Gong’s brand throughout the recruitment journey.
• Work closely with the talent acquisition team to exchange insights, improve processes, and cultivate a high-performing recruitment culture.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience recruiting for GTM sales roles, preferably within an internal recruitment setting.
• Demonstrated success in handling full-cycle recruitment for sales positions.
• Sound understanding of GTM roles, sales frameworks, and related terminology.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems like GEM, Greenhouse, or equivalent sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A results-driven approach with commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-performance team environment.
• Proficient in leveraging recruitment data and market intelligence to guide hiring decisions.
• Experience with Workday or similar recruiting platforms is advantageous.
