Role Summary

We are looking for a talented Recruiter with 3 to 5 years of experience specializing in high-volume hiring, ideally within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or adjacent sectors. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in recruiting sales professionals such as field sales representatives and account managers who play crucial roles in company expansion. This position requires someone who excels in fast-paced work environments and handles multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for volume hiring, focusing on sales roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Employ creative sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media, and referral networks to identify outstanding talent.
  • Leverage your CPG industry knowledge to attract candidates who fit with our company's goals and culture.
  • Develop strong rapport with candidates to provide a seamless, positive recruitment experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruiting strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain and analyze recruitment data and metrics to assess talent pipelines and support ongoing improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Between 3 and 5 years of proven success in high-volume recruiting, preferably within CPG or related industries.
