Sales Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for client order demands, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
• Examine client inventory levels and sales forecasts to validate regular order cycles.
• Manage shipment logistics and ensure deliveries meet the scheduled timelines.
• Engage in pricing discussions and negotiations directly with clients.
• Work jointly with internal departments to develop pricing proposals and finalize quotations.
• Address delivery-related issues quickly and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them efficiently.
• Maintain proactive follow-up with clients to confirm shipping schedules after order approvals.
• Support the finance department in timely account reconciliations with customers.
• Track payment statuses and ensure collections are completed as per predetermined milestones.

Qualifications

• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
• Minimum of two years’ experience in client relationship management, order processing, or sales support roles.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or above, ideally in International Trade, Business Management, or Marketing.
• Fluent in English for verbal and written communication as the primary working language.
• Demonstrate maturity with a history of independent work and professional stakeholder management.

• Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is highly valued for regional communications.
• Familiarity with sectors such as electronic components, security systems, or CCTV is advantageous.
• Experience in managing international business engagements is beneficial.
