About the company
Modi Builders is a Hyderabad-based real estate developer with more than three decades of experience. The company focuses on building residential gated communities and apartment projects, with an emphasis on affordable luxury for MIG and LIG homebuyers. It has completed 25+ projects and has many developments along the Outer Ring Road.
Role overview
This role is for a Sales Manager with at least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building or construction sector. The ideal candidate should be available to join immediately and be comfortable with travel to different project sites.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate customer visits and meetings to convert prospects into sales and meet target numbers.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with both existing clients and new leads.
- Create sales and marketing plans that help the business enter and grow in new markets.
- Identify, develop, and convert new customer accounts to expand business opportunities.
- Monitor market movement, competitor activity, and industry updates on a regular basis.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender responses as per project needs.
- Keep a close watch on project execution to support profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Present the company portfolio effectively to prospective customers.
- Help identify, plan, and execute new projects.
- Communicate with contacts across different levels of client organizations to ensure work progresses on schedule.
- Work toward revenue, profit, and sales growth goals assigned by management.
- Handle other tasks assigned by the Management or Project Manager from time to time.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in sales is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the building or construction industry.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Sharp attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across management levels.
- Solid documentation, coordination, and analytical abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites.
- Any graduate can apply; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Candidate should be able to commute to or relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana before starting.
- Immediate availability to join is expected.
Additional information
This is a full-time position. The role includes Provident Fund as a benefit. English is preferred as the working language.
