Everlast Gyms invites you to join as a Sales Host, serving as the welcoming face for all members and guests at the club's entrance. This role extends beyond simple reception duties, encompassing membership sales, customer support, and contributing to the overall member experience and club operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and visitors with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Support sales efforts to gain new memberships and help retain existing members through outstanding service.
• Promote in-club products and services to increase additional revenue streams.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the facility.
• Fulfill key holder responsibilities, including opening and closing the gym premises.
• Manage administrative tasks, including updating and using the membership management systems.
• Stay updated on gym activities such as fitness challenges, classes, and floor initiatives; actively engage in promoting these within the club.
• Assist the Fitness Manager and team with implementing gym floor initiatives.
• Handle member feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Utilize personal experience with gym products and services to confidently advise members.

• Outgoing and enthusiastic with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Comfortable managing administrative duties and familiar with day-to-day club systems.
• Sales-oriented, motivated to meet membership and retention goals.
• Flexible to work varied shifts and capable of undertaking operational and key holder duties.
• Passionate about fitness with genuine interest in gym offerings.
• Ambitious with a desire to develop skills and advance within the company.
