Overview
Solvo Global is looking for motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join their team in Nairobi, Kenya on a full-time, on-site basis. The role centers on creating new business prospects through active outreach and qualification processes, playing a key role in expanding the sales pipeline and facilitating revenue increase.
Key Duties
- Conduct extensive outbound outreach to prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Implement multi-channel outreach methods to engage potential customers effectively.
- Qualify leads accurately in alignment with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Maintain precise and current records in CRM systems.
- Consistently meet activity and conversion goals set by the team.
- Work in close partnership with Account Executives to ensure seamless transitions of qualified leads.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of proven experience in sales-related roles such as SDR, call center, or outbound sales.
- Proficient use of CRM tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo.
- Strong command of English in both speaking and writing.
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities.
