Sales Coordinator

Overview

Smartix Tech Lab is seeking a strategic Regional Sales Coordinator based in Kochi, Kerala. This full-time position serves as an essential intermediary between the GCC Sales team and the UAE Headquarters, focusing on optimizing profitability through efficient inventory management and insightful market intelligence. The main objective is to maximize sales revenue while ensuring inventory aligns seamlessly with global supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage retailer SKU listings to protect and expand the company’s market share.
• Apply lean forecasting techniques and categorize inventory into fast, medium, and slow-moving stock to prevent surplus.
• Ensure ‘back-to-back’ ordering so that all purchase orders match confirmed sales figures.
• Identify aging inventory and spearhead liquidation initiatives for end-of-life product models.
• Coordinate the launch of new product SKUs and initial stock placements to maximize market presence.
• Collaborate with the Accounts team to track outstanding payments and facilitate timely collections.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated operational accuracy in B2B ordering and lean inventory management.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with international stakeholders and local retail partners effectively.
• Analytical expertise in SKU handling and market trend evaluation.
• In-depth knowledge of the GCC retail market and mobile/lifestyle accessories sector.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in sales coordination within the electronics accessories industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and inventory management software.
• Fluent in English and Malayalam.
