Job Overview

As a Sales Consultant at OOm Singapore, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base by promoting digital technology training courses. This role involves identifying prospective clients, generating leads through multiple approaches, and maintaining ongoing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential customers and businesses interested in our digital tech courses.
• Generate leads using strategies such as cold calling, networking, and conducting online research.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
• Understand client needs to customize training course offerings accordingly.
• Manage sales leads and track progress using CRM software, ensuring accurate sales reporting.
• Provide regular sales performance updates to management.
• Monitor competitive market trends to spot challenges and opportunities that shape sales strategies.

Requirements

• Open to candidates without prior sales experience; recent graduates and those eager to develop sales skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Capability to foster and sustain effective client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable engaging diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Self-motivated with good organization and time management skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in B2C or B2B sales with a history of meeting sales targets is advantageous but not mandatory.
