Primary Responsibilities

• Engage clients with expert consultation centered on real estate in Pune's Eastern region.
• Develop and nurture lasting client relationships to provide a smooth, tailored property acquisition experience.
• Strategize and implement daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans to meet both personal and company objectives.
• Employ social media and other digital platforms to generate leads, enhance branding, and strengthen relationships.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 2 years' experience in real estate consulting with a consistent record of closing deals.
• Exhibit a presentable and outgoing personality, capable of effective teamwork and client engagement.
• Preferably MBA graduates; however, graduates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

Required Assets and Characteristics

• Ownership of a two-wheeler or four-wheeler vehicle.
• Access to a laptop and smartphone for daily work activities.
• Comfort with technology and active usage of social media for branding and lead acquisition.
• A proactive attitude with a strong desire to seek and create new opportunities and consistently deliver outcomes.
