Job description
About the Role
The National Land Agency's Corporate Services Division is seeking a Salaries Officer at Level 4. This position reports directly to the Supervisor of Payroll and is responsible for ensuring timely payroll processing and payment to staff during designated cycles, including handling all salary-related modifications efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Process salary payments to employees punctually within established payroll cycles.
- Manage and implement all necessary adjustments related to employee salaries accurately and on time.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess five (5) GCE O ‘level or CXC subjects, including English Language and a numeric subject.
- Hold AAT Level 2 or CAT Level B certification, OR
- Have a Diploma in Accounting from an accredited institution, OR
- Completed Government Accounting Level 2 Modules 1-5.
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience in the field.
Compensation
The remuneration package ranges from $1,711,060 to $2,301,185 per annum.
