Primary Responsibilities

• Meticulously clean all areas of guest rooms including linen changes, bathrooms, and surface polishing to create outstanding first impressions.
• Perform tasks adhering strictly to established cleanliness standards and procedures.
• Organize and replenish housekeeping carts ensuring they are well-stocked and orderly.
• Handle cleaning agents responsibly while following safety guidelines to maintain a secure setting.
• Respect guests’ privacy and security, reinforcing their comfort and trust.
• Promptly notify maintenance about any repair needs to contribute to an impeccable guest experience.

Skills and Experience

• Experience as a cleaner or room attendant is advantageous but not essential.
• Possess a warm, friendly communication style making guests and coworkers feel welcome and comfortable.
• Strong eye for detail, effective time management skills, and pride in maintaining high standards.
• Physically capable of navigating multiple rooms, including use of stairs and open pathways.
• Enjoy working collaboratively with team members from diverse backgrounds.
• Reliable transport and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
