Team Overview
The role is part of the Chargeback Team responsible for managing risk and chargeback operations within the organization.
Role Summary
This position involves managing daily operational activities related to chargeback processes, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily operational tasks diligently and on schedule.
- Conduct risk reviews based on risk alerts to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to streamline processes.
- Utilize Excel proficiently to manage and analyze data pertinent to chargeback cases.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor of Commerce degree in any specialization.
- Willingness to work any shift and commit to six working days per week from the office location.
- Basic understanding of chargeback and dispute processes is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
