Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily functioning of the retail store to guarantee smooth operations.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Lead, motivate, and provide training to store personnel.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and professionally handle customer grievances.
• Track inventory levels and stock movement, coordinating timely replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and visual presentation standards within the store.
• Generate daily sales reports, perform cash reconciliations, and prepare operational updates.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations.
• Oversee the store's opening and closing processes.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to secure stock availability.
• Manage employee attendance, scheduling, and monitor performance metrics.
• Implement measures to minimize stock losses and inventory shrinkage.
• Execute in-store promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Develop enduring customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Additional Information

Salary for this position ranges from 15,000 to 20,000 INR per month.
