Retail Store Designer (Architecture Focus)

Overview

We are seeking a talented Retail Store Designer to create captivating and immersive retail environments for a leading brand in the Personal Care and Beauty industry. This role demands a unique blend of creative vision and architectural expertise to deliver exceptional store designs that enhance customer experience and meet technical construction requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire design process from initial 3D renderings through to millwork details, elevations, and construction-ready documentation.
• Develop spatial strategies to craft engaging product-testing areas, makeup counters, and consultation spaces that facilitate a seamless customer journey.
• Oversee site execution by reviewing shop drawings and effectively communicating with contractors, landlords, and engineers to ensure alignment between plans and site realities.

Requirements

• Qualifications in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a technically advanced Interior Design discipline.
• Proficient user of design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or Revit, complemented by skills in rendering and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Meticulous attention to detail, especially concerning joinery, discreet wire management, and transitions between materials.
• Strong enthusiasm for the lifestyle, wellness, or beauty sectors.
