Position Overview

We are searching for a motivated Retail Store Coordinator to join our friendly team in Okotoks, Alberta. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and who leads by example to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion operational excellence covering visual merchandising, customer service, stock processing, and back room management.
• Ensure superior customer service and efficient store operations through clear communication and team alignment.
• Organize and prioritize daily tasks, encourage cooperative teamwork, and provide training to Associates on company policies and procedures.
• Guide and support Associates in merchandise presentation and customer engagement to foster a culture anchored in collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Create compelling displays in strategic store locations to boost brand visibility and enhance the customer experience.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in retail or service sectors, with a strong understanding of customer expectations and operational workflows.
• A team-oriented attitude that nurtures positive working relationships.
• Proven multitasking abilities and adaptability in a lively work environment.
• Strong communication skills paired with effective time management for seamless information flow and task prioritization.
