Position Details

• Role: Retail Security Officer
• Location: Drogheda, County Louth, Ireland
• Work Schedule: Weekdays and weekends
• Employment Type: Permanent, onsite-based

Key Responsibilities

• Safeguard the safety of individuals and company property.
• Manage and respond to incidents effectively.
• Prevent stock loss and theft within retail premises.
• Conduct regular patrolling of stores.
• Control and monitor access points.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation.
• Collaborate and communicate with management teams.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Certification in Basic Guarding Skills at QQI Level 4.
• Valid Private Security Authority License (Static).
• At least six months of relevant security experience.
• Proficient English communication skills, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level).
• Valid work permit or visa if applicable.
• Basic computer literacy and IT skills.
