Job Overview
We are seeking a Retail Sales Executive fluent in Gujarati to join our team at Motiwala Perfumes in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role involves engaging directly with customers, processing orders, and managing inventory to support sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly, assess their requirements, answer their inquiries, and suggest appropriate products.
- Efficiently handle order taking and payment processing through cash, cards, and other means.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, build strong customer relationships, and actively promote additional products to increase sales.
- Keep track of inventory levels, replenish stock timely, and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales counter.
- Work towards meeting individual and team sales goals consistently.
- Resolve customer questions, complaints, and concerns with effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
Language Requirement
Fluency in Gujarati is mandatory for this position.
