Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The role focuses on supporting jewellery sales, assisting customers, maintaining strong product knowledge, and contributing to overall store performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Help drive sales by engaging with customers and guiding them toward suitable jewellery choices.
- Assist shoppers throughout the buying process and respond to their queries.
- Keep product information updated and be well-versed in the store’s offerings.
- Deliver courteous, high-quality customer service at all times.
- Work toward achieving sales targets and supporting the success of the retail outlet.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of jewellery products and retail sales practices.
- Good communication skills and a customer-first approach.
- Ability to contribute to sales planning and basic strategy development.
- Comfortable working as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in retail or sales is preferred.
