Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them in product selection tailored to their needs.
• Identify customer preferences to recommend appropriate merchandise.
• Consistently meet daily and monthly sales objectives.
• Process billing and point-of-sale transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain appealing visual merchandising and uphold store cleanliness.
• Restock items and guarantee product availability on shelves.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints courteously and effectively.
• Inform customers about current promotions, loyalty schemes, and new product arrivals.
• Adhere to company standard operating procedures, grooming standards, and attendance requirements.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure efficient operational flow.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges from 15,000 to 18,000 INR.
