Role Overview
As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll deliver outstanding customer service aligned with PUMA's values and established service standards. Your efforts will directly impact sales targets, key performance indicators, and profitability goals. You'll handle sales transactions efficiently at the checkout and maintain store cleanliness and order following PUMA's visual merchandising guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service consistently on the sales floor in line with company values and service standards.
- Achieve or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability objectives through effective customer engagement.
- Ensure prompt, accurate, and secure processing of sales transactions at checkout.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to visual merchandising standards within the store.
- Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise effectively.
- Identify and communicate opportunities to optimize stock movement to the team.
- Contribute as a team member in full-time, part-time, or minor employment roles.
Candidate Profile
- Some prior sales experience, preferably within a dynamic retail environment.
- Genuine enthusiasm for the PUMA brand.
- Customer-oriented, dependable, and friendly demeanor.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Quick learner with basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office applications.
