Role Overview

The Retail Coordinator plays a crucial role in both customer service and visual merchandising at our Upper Hutt store. You will apply your creativity to optimize product placement, manage in-store promotions, and uphold presentation standards while supporting customers on the sales floor. This position requires physical activity such as lifting, bending, and climbing.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by offering friendly and accurate advice.
• Maintain high standards of branch appearance including merchandising, planogram execution, and promotional setups.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked and orderly at all times.
• Lead by example in fostering a safety-first culture for the well-being of the team.

Candidate Profile

• Prior retail experience, preferably with merchandising exposure.
• Creative approach to product layout and store presentation.
• Positive attitude with strong communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a neat retail environment.

Working Conditions

• Work schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, totaling 40 hours per week.
• Onsite role requiring physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing.
