Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily functions of our kitchen and delivery operations at Radhika's Cuisine in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will coordinate order management, maintain customer satisfaction, control inventory, manage finances, and innovate menu offerings to optimize business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate incoming orders from WhatsApp groups, Swiggy, and Zomato platforms, ensuring timely preparation and dispatch by liaising between chefs and delivery staff.
- Serve as the main contact for customers, addressing feedback promptly to foster strong customer relationships and loyalty.
- Oversee stock levels and logistics, ensuring the kitchen remains well-equipped while implementing measures to reduce food waste.
- Manage daily financial transactions across all sales channels and issue payment reminders to customers as needed.
- Continuously update the daily menu and propose new operational improvements, branding strategies, and growth initiatives.
