Reservation Supervisor

Role Overview

The Reservation Supervisor oversees daily activities of the hotel's booking department, leading the reservations team while ensuring effective management to optimize room revenue and maintain inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and training to reservation agents to uphold excellent service standards.
• Manage daily booking operations including handling individual and group reservations, modifications, and cancellations across phone, email, and digital platforms.
• Monitor room availability and pricing strategies to enhance occupancy rates and maximize revenue.
• Address special booking requests such as VIP arrangements and manage escalated guest concerns with professionalism.

Requirements

• Possess 2 to 3 years of experience in hotel reservation roles.
• Proficient in using hotel property management systems, specifically Opera PMS.
• Fluency in English along with strong leadership qualities and effective problem-solving skills.
