Role Overview

We are in search of a meticulous Reservation Agent fluent in Arabic to join our team. This role involves managing reservation requests received through multiple communication channels such as phone and email, ensuring outstanding guest service delivery, and driving room sales growth.

Key Duties

• Handle and process guest reservations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of room types, hotel rates, and services offered.
• Actively promote room upgrades and convert inquiries to confirmed reservations.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Front Office departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Verify that all guest information and booking needs are fully documented.

Candidate Qualifications

• Prior experience in hotel reservation roles.
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems, preferably Opera or Fidelio.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively in a high-paced environment.
• A positive demeanor combined with strong attention to detail.
