Remote Data Entry Analyst

About the Role

Metrocast Cable Systems, a leader in telecommunications services dedicated to high-quality and reliable solutions, is looking for a detail-oriented and well-organized Remote Data Entry Analyst. This full-time position is based in Quincy, Massachusetts, focusing on precise data input and management to support operational excellence and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Precisely enter customer account details, service orders, and billing information into internal databases.
• Review and validate data to identify and correct errors to uphold data accuracy.
• Conduct routine data cleansing and quality checks to maintain database integrity.
• Organize and prepare source documents for efficient data entry processes.
• Generate reports and extract data on request to support internal teams promptly.
• Adhere strictly to data security and integrity protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve data inconsistencies and assist in departmental projects.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated background in data entry, data analysis, or related administrative roles.
• High typing speed and accuracy complemented by keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with data management systems and CRM software is advantageous.
• Effective organizational and time management abilities; capable of working independently and meeting deadlines in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or its equivalent; additional credentials in administration or related disciplines are beneficial.
