About the Role

TechOp Solutions International is looking for dedicated Remote Call Center Representatives who excel in communication, demonstrate strong analytical thinking, and are committed to delivering exceptional service. Successful candidates will be meticulous, adaptable, and capable of performing effectively in a dynamic, high-volume setting. This role is essential in supporting client operations by carefully reviewing, analyzing, and documenting sensitive information while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Handling and monitoring inbound calls efficiently
Generating and submitting precise, comprehensive reports using government systems
Recording information accurately following established protocols
Performing research using databases and open-source resources
Appropriately routing and escalating calls as necessary
Performing additional tasks as assigned

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ call center experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred
Demonstrated ability to multitask by simultaneously communicating and entering data
Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
Proficient with telephony platforms, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience managing confidential information responsibly

Additional Information

This is a remote position; however, applicants must reside in Orlando, Florida or the surrounding areas to be eligible.
