Job Overview
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team who will be responsible for cultivating and sustaining robust, long-standing connections with both current and prospective clients. The role focuses on understanding client financial needs and offering customized financial solutions such as business loans, current accounts, swipe machines, and QR code services.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture enduring relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand and evaluate clients' financial requirements and propose suitable products accordingly.
- Serve as the principal contact for clients concerning inquiries related to financial offerings.
- Achieve or surpass sales and revenue goals by effectively cross-selling financial products and services.
- Organize and participate in regular meetings with clients to assess financial updates and adjust service provisions as needed.
- Collect and update essential documentation accurately throughout all engagement stages.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including operations, support, and compliance to provide seamless service execution.
- Keep abreast of industry regulations, emerging trends, and innovations in financial products.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of one year experience in banking, financial services, or managing client relationships.
- Deep knowledge of financial products, regulatory frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and delivering superior client service.
Compensation
The offered salary package ranges from 500000 to 700000 INR per annum.
