Role Overview
The Relationship Manager position is a full-time, on-location role based in Jamshedpur. The individual will be responsible for cultivating and sustaining relationships with sellers on the platform. Core duties include onboarding new vendors, handling inquiries and concerns, monitoring performance indicators, and ensuring prompt problem resolution. They will work closely with internal teams to enhance service quality, streamline processes, and support marketing efforts. Additionally, the role entails collecting feedback, identifying avenues for growth, and maintaining detailed records and reports aiding in strategic decisions.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Expertise in merchant relationship and account management, with an emphasis on trust-building, conflict resolution, and nurturing long-term collaborations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities coupled with active listening skills.
- Foundational knowledge of e-commerce operations, marketplace mechanics, and vendor management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation and trend analysis to devise actionable solutions.
- Proficiency in digital tools including CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and collaboration software.
- Capacity to work onsite in Jamshedpur, managing various tasks efficiently under time constraints.
- Previous experience in positions involving engagement and maintenance of relationships with retail merchants is beneficial.
