Utkarsh Bank is recruiting for the position of Regional Sales Executive focused on MSME and Housing Loan products. The role requires a candidate with direct market sourcing experience and thorough understanding of loan documentation and product structures.
Role Summary
The Regional Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring quality customers aligned with the Bank's product portfolio. The candidate must maintain adherence to banking processes and policies while fostering strong customer relationships and coordinating with internal teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and source loan clients according to business targets and plans.
- Maintain a robust credit discipline ensuring zero loan default in recovery.
- Monitor loan utilization regularly through portfolio checks and visits.
- Ensure strict compliance with bank policies and actively contribute to process improvements.
- Maintain accurate and timely records and reports related to loan processing.
- Understand customer requirements and respond promptly to queries to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage completion of loan contracts by explaining terms to clients and securing necessary signatures and notarizations.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in MSME or LAP business loans with secured loan DST exposure.
- Experience handling direct market sourcing and deep understanding of MSME/LAP product mechanisms including documentation and sourcing.
- Exposure to affordable MSME/affordable LAP products is essential.
- For housing loans: at least 1 year of experience in housing loan, mortgage loan, or secured loan DST, along with direct market sourcing experience.
- Experience specifically in affordable housing loans is mandatory.
- Personal loan, credit card, fresher, or unsecured loan backgrounds are not suitable.
- Graduation in any discipline is required.
- Proper relieving letter from previous employment is mandatory.
Employment Details
- Job grades considered include Executive, Senior Executive, or Assistant Manager level 1.
- Salary will be based on years of experience and last drawn CTC, with a maximum of 25,000 INR per month plus fuel allowance, mediclaim, and term insurance benefits.
- Immediate joining is expected.
