About the Role
eham Facility Solutions is seeking a seasoned Recruitment Specialist to join their Head Office team based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This position focuses on managing the entire recruitment process, primarily sourcing talent within construction, facility management, or related local recruitment sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to meet hiring needs efficiently.
- Utilize recruitment platforms and sourcing tools to identify and attract suitable candidates.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout hiring stages.
- Organize and coordinate recruitment activities to ensure streamlined processes.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment and talent acquisition roles.
- Prior experience within construction, facility management, or local recruitment service providers.
- Excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
- Strong proficiency with recruitment software and candidate sourcing technologies.
