Job Overview
The role of a Senior/Recruitment Consultant involves overseeing the entire recruitment cycle including business development, candidate sourcing, job order fulfillment, and post-placement support. The position is office-based in a central location near an MRT station, facilitating easy commute.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all stages of recruitment from acquiring clients to delivering staffing solutions.
- Ensure successful permanent placement services tailored to client needs.
- Offer expert advice throughout the recruitment journey to clients and candidates.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between clients and prospective candidates.
- Handle contract negotiations including salary discussions for both parties.
- Advertise job openings on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Conduct thorough reference and background verifications.
- Undertake any additional tasks related to recruitment as assigned.
Requirements
