About the Role
Legacy Lifecare, a recognized leader in compassionate and high-quality resident care, is seeking a part-time Recruiter to join their team. This position offers flexible work options including remote or onsite work, for 25 hours weekly, with an hourly wage ranging from $20 to $25 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for designated roles, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and facilitating offer acceptance.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach based on application reviews, maintain ongoing communication, and ensure candidates have a positive hiring experience throughout the process.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to arrange interviews, track recruitment timelines, and guarantee candidates progress efficiently through hiring stages.
- Maintain detailed records within the applicant tracking system (ATS), monitor key recruitment metrics, and manage active job openings.
- Support recruitment-related events such as job fairs and community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent education and experience combinations will also be considered.
- Between one to three years of experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or human resources is preferred.
- Prior experience within healthcare, senior living, or long-term care sectors is advantageous.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is highly valued.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
