Role Overview

The company is on the lookout for a motivated Recruiter to handle comprehensive recruiting duties across various client accounts. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting client consultations, developing talent pipelines, and managing candidate presentations throughout the hiring process.

Key Duties

Oversee end-to-end candidate sourcing and pipeline management for client job openings.
Lead client intake discussions, deliver qualified candidate presentations, and coordinate interview scheduling.
Maintain consistent daily availability and prompt communication during standard business hours via company communication platforms.

Qualifications

At least two years of experience in full-cycle agency or corporate recruiting, or alternatively two years in the SAAS industry with willingness to receive recruitment training.
Demonstrated proactive and results-oriented approach with proof of successful candidate placements.
Dedicated home office with reliable computer equipment and high-speed internet access.

Benefits

Hourly base wage ranging from $20 to $24, equating to a base annual salary of approximately $49,920.
Placement incentives ranging from $300 to $500 or more for each successful candidate placement.
10% commission on ongoing subscription fees derived from new client business development.
Safe Harbor 401(k) plan offering immediate full vesting, with 100% company match on the first 3% of contributions and 50% on the next 2%, totaling up to a 4% maximum match.
