Position Overview
This Recruiter role involves overseeing the complete recruitment process, from job advertisement to successful candidate placement, primarily within the hospitality and related service sectors. The role requires global talent sourcing and managing partnerships with educational and training institutions, to establish a continuous talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire hiring process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing for all job openings.
- Develop and maintain an international candidate pipeline by sourcing overseas talent through global recruitment agencies and handling visa and relocation logistics with internal teams.
- Forge and maintain formal partnerships with hospitality training institutes, airline customer service academies, cruise line service programs, and other relevant vocational sources to ensure a steady stream of pre-trained candidates.
- Design and implement an onboarding and induction framework to equip new hires with knowledge of brand standards, guest engagement, and operational procedures prior to joining.
- Serve as a liaison among operations managers, branch managers, and HR, translating staffing requirements and skill gaps into focused recruitment plans.
- Maintain a warm pool of candidates for frequently vacated front-facing roles to reduce vacancy time and uphold hiring standards.
- Enhance employer branding by promoting the company on job portals, professional networks, academic placement cells, and recruitment agencies to attract strong talent.
- Monitor and report hiring data including pipeline status, sourcing effectiveness, and early employee retention or attrition to the HR Manager.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations by managing all hiring-related documentation accurately, including contracts and visa documentation.
