Role overview
This contract recruiting role is based in Atlanta, GA and offers an hourly pay rate of $48.00 to $50.00. You will join the Employee Success team and help attract strong talent across functions such as G&A, technology, and sales, while supporting a workplace culture centered on a positive, people-first experience.
What you will do
- Identify, source, interview, and hire professionals for go-to-market solution engineering and customer success teams.
- Own the hiring process end to end, from initial sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Create and run recruiting programs and hiring strategies to meet current staffing needs and develop a healthy candidate pipeline.
- Work closely with sales leadership and act as a trusted recruiting partner throughout the process.
- Use proactive outreach methods such as networking, cold calling, and engagement with passive talent pools.
- Coordinate with teams including Finance and Legal to move candidates smoothly through onboarding.
What the role requires
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 4 years of recruiting experience in an agency or in-house setting.
- A demonstrated history of finding and hiring passive candidates, including talent from direct competitors.
- Good familiarity with technology-driven markets.
- Confidence in presenting the organization’s value proposition and story to candidates.
- Prior experience with cold calling and relationship-building by phone.
- Experience influencing senior managers and executives during recruiting decisions.
- Strong command of direct sourcing methods and interviewing practices.
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and ATS/TMS systems.
Additional preferences and employment details
- Experience recruiting for a growing technology company is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Slack and Google Workspace tools such as Docs, Sheets, and Presentations is preferred.
- Experience hiring transition servicemembers or military personnel is preferred.
- The role is non-exempt and eligible for overtime at 1.5 times the base hourly rate for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek, or as required by applicable law.
