Role Impact and Responsibilities
As a Recruiter for EMEA, your core function will be to manage and execute the full recruitment lifecycle, delivering outstanding experiences for both candidates and hiring managers. This involves a consultative approach to understand stakeholder requirements and offer tailored recruitment solutions. Your efforts will help secure the finest talent available, fostering an inclusive and supportive recruitment environment.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offer negotiation across all experience levels.
- Create candidate pipelines across multiple departments and locations whilst emphasizing diverse and balanced candidate slates.
- Promote inclusion by developing diverse talent pools at the initial recruitment stages.
- Collaborate with talent partners, hiring managers, HR operations, and finance teams to devise strategic hiring plans.
- Guide business leaders and hiring managers in recruitment processes, interview techniques, and selection practices.
- Enhance candidate engagement by introducing innovative, positive experiences throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and data for effective reporting and analysis.
- Identify and engage top-tier talent through creative sourcing methods and proactive outreach.
- Represent Airbnb professionally and authentically, passionately communicating the company's mission and values.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
- Experience with high-volume recruitment and general administrative roles is advantageous.
- Proven success in identifying, evaluating, and securing outstanding candidates.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas.
- Strong analytical capabilities paired with influencing skills.
- A positive, growth-focused mindset with openness to constructive feedback.
- Able to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation varies depending on experience, skills, and market conditions. The role offers an annual salary range and may include eligibility for bonuses, equity participation, employee benefits, and travel credits.
- Ireland-based annual salary range: €68000 to €80000 EUR.
- United Kingdom-based annual salary range: £60000 to £70000 GBP.
